If you, just like I very often do, lack inspiration on what to make for dinner or lunch, here’s one I made not too long ago.
A salad with salmon, avocado and eggs (tons of great nutrition there!) with olive oil.
This could of course be individualized according to your own taste with walnuts, green beans, cous cous or bulgur, other vegetables, another type of fish or meat (or even tofu).
The yummy-ness is guaranteed, and it will fill you up. I promise.
