Giving back

Giving Back

Giving Back is central to my business values.

This means that each time I earn money, I pay it forward to a specific non-profit organization.

When you invest in your (diabetic) health, self organisation and success through my coaching, you’re not only helping yourself, but you’re also helping support others, very similar to yourself.

For every coaching program I can serve you with, I’m donating at least 5% of the income to Faustman Lab, a team researching a cure for Type 1 Diabetes at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Denise Faustman, MD, PhD, is Director of the Immunobiology Laboratory at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Her current research focuses on discovering and developing new treatments for type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune diseases (…) She is currently leading a human clinical trial program testing the efficacy of the BCG vaccine for reversal of long-term type 1 diabetes. Positive results from the Phase I study were reported in 2012.

Dr. Denise Faustman is, in my opinion, our very best shot at seeing a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. Although there are various ways of making Type 1 Diabetes easier to live with (of which I can teach you one or two things!), I think I’m speaking for every one who has it that a cure would be a gazillion times more welcome.

So basically you’re helping an amazing amount of people, just like yourself, to improve their lives, just by having me as your coach.
